Featuring incomparable views of Cascade Bay and the surrounding woodlands, the building is adjacent to the historic Rosario Resort and near enough to the waterfront to hear waves lapping! The activity amenities of the marina are within a ten minute walk (seaplane dock, whale watching and kayak excursions.) A nearby trail leads to Cascade Lake for swimming or paddling small boats, and continues into Moran State Park, where hikers may explore 5000+ acres of old growth forest.
Each condominium features a separate exterior entry. Once inside, the spectacular view can be enjoyed from large windows in all primary rooms; doors in the bedrooms and living room open onto a 300+ square foot deck facing the water. Interior spaces with cathedral ceilings in the upper units and are open, light, and designer-furnished with casual sophistication.
The kitchen of each unit is generously equipped with honed granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, electric range, quality cookware, utensils and china, plus a large pantry. The living room of each suite is anchored by a gas fireplace and offers a sofa that converts to a full-size inflatable bed. A flat-screen TV with HD satellite is wall-mounted in each bedroom and the living room (3 in each unit). Wireless internet is also provided, as is a full size washer and dryer.
The two bedrooms of each suite are equal in size and amenity with private bathrooms, king-size beds, deluxe pillow-top mattresses, down comforters, quality linens, and robes. Baths are spacious, featuring limestone counters, oversized tile showers with glass doors, and large vanity mirrors.
Small well behaved dogs are welcome in the 2 lower level suites, only.
