Just 100 feet from a public dock makes this a perfect place for dropping a kayak into Buck Bay. And a buoy is available (there is no dock space for a dingy at night). The public beach can be used to moor a dingy, but please be aware that the path from the beach to the top of the dock is very steep.
A delightful open kitchen and dining area make for good times or enjoy the large outdoor deck and a gas BBQ. Master bedroom has in-suite bath, private deck in rear and closet built-ins. Loft has a roll-away bed, stereo/surround sound, wide-screen television/DVD.
