Windermere's selection of eco-friendly homes are all individually owned and vary in amenities. You can expect that all homes displaying the eco-emblem on the website will offer the following:

* Low-flow sink aerators, toggle aerators

* Low-flow showerheads (2.5 to 3.0 gallons per minute)

* 1.6 gpm toilets or toilet adapter

* Compact fluorescent light bulbs or fluorescent lights (wherever practical, since some light fixtures are not compatible)

* Amenities- 100% natural, biodegradable, natural scents or scent free

* Paper products- recycled, biodegradable, unbleached, natural scents or unscented, dye-free, paper packaging

* Cleaning products- non-toxic, biodegradable, natural scents or unscented, dye-free, chlorine-free, concentrated, liquid, recycled packaging (phosphate free detergents do not apply to septic systems)

* Baking soda, vinegar or earth friendly product to clean sinks, tubs and toilets. Pumice stones to remove hard water deposits

* Hot water- 125- 130 degrees F (52-55 degrees C)

* Extra blankets
